Sandip Sheth

Founder & Chairman

Sandip K. Sheth started activities in construction in October 1986, completing his Construction Engineering from CEPT. After a long experience in the Construction field, he came out with a special theme to provide the Infrastructure to the people of North Gujarat by providing a special kind of housing as well as commercial facilities with a special touch to all walks of people who desire to keep their lifestyles in tune with the time.

He was able to achieve a growth rate of more than double every year in terms of finance, love, support, and high respect in society as a Builder with ethics and transparency. His vision is to provide housing to all and also to join the Government’s vision of affordable housing for the weaker section of society.

Managing Director

Kirtan Sheth joined Alap Construction in 2016, He completed his bachelor’s in Construction Technology Management from Bangalore, Master’s in Real estate Management & MBA from IE Business School, Spain. He has proven himself to be Technocrat, His core competency lies in Administration, Project feasibility, and Conceptual Architecture planning, and plays a key role in the construction framework of various projects and attaches quality benchmarks to make Alap Construction a bigger and Better Brand.
